As part of your franchise package you will be set up with a fully equipped shop front office which will both enhance your presence and establish a professional base for you and your team to work from.
Training and Support
The RTA Training Package
Once you agree to become a RTA franchisee and you’ve paid your fee, the first stage of your new career is training. Our training system has been developed over 37 years of trading and will involve a combination of office based training with the Directors of the company followed by a combination of field based training in the UK and within the company’s core Spanish territory working with its key employees who deliver our service on a daily basis.
The first stage of your training lasts for four weeks, during which time you’ll be given all the tools, skills, and knowledge necessary to become a very successful Franchisee. Following this period, you will return to your territory to spend one week working on your own in order that you to properly identify your strengths and weaknesses and to assist us clarify any particular training needs or knowledge gaps that you may have.
On-Going Support
The second formal part of your training will be based within your own territory and we will come to you. We will spend a week working with you, visiting your clients and getting you instructions and revenue.
Even though your training and the materials will give you everything you need to succeed in this exciting business; you will still need our on-going support to help develop and successfully manage your new business. Our Directors and staff will be on hand to deal with any technical, sales or marketing questions that you may have. We will also continue to work with you in the field to ensure that your business grows and develops.

Territories/Locations
In order to protect your interests and the interests of fellow franchisees, it is prudent to define and allocate territories of sufficient size and geography to allow you ample opportunity to develop a profitable business. Ambitious and entrepreneurial franchisees will be allowed to expand their operation as far as their energies, skills and reputations can take them by purchasing additional licences for the operation of their business in adjacent or nearby territories.
