Murcia Villas SL was established eight years ago as a Spanish Estate Agent, Property Management and Lettings Agent, dedicated to assisting UK clients who have purchased in the region of Murcia.  Our bespoke systems are easy to use and quick to learn.  Our property maintenance team are on hand to help with maintenance issues and our bilingual staff can assist with matters which require fluent Spanish.

Our unique marketing and advdertising strategy, coupled with our experience in this area means that we can deliver the best results and financial returns to our property owners, whilst providing our guests with excellent quality modern accommodation at very reasonable prices.

Holiday lettings and long-term rentals alike, we can assess the marketing situation and offer property owners an honest and realistic assessment of their anticipated rental income.

We provide a full 3 week training course.  During this we will visit the other offices to see how their operation is run and at the end of the course we will leave you to run one of the offices for 2 days and deal with the day-to-day issues.  Once you are established and confident in running the business, managing the properties and clients we will have a further 2 day course dedicated to marketing the properties.  Until that point the marketing of your properties is done by Head Office until you are confident to take up the reins.

Daily phone calls, emails and assistance are available from Head Office and our bilingual staff.  While you don't need to speak Spanish to consider this franchise, a splattering of words will help, but you do need to live in Spain or want to relocate to Spain to run this business.
