Practitioner – Suitable for
individuals who are CeMAP qualified or equivalent and would like to be the
'owner/manager' working as a mortgage consultant within their own business.
Academy: Available for those who are not yet qualified
to give mortgage advice but would like to become a mortgage consultant and own
the franchise. If you are looking to become a mortgage adviser and need to get
qualified but feel you would like the support and training of a competent and

Investor – If you wish to own a franchise but intend to employ at least one qualified mortgage consultant to work for you.
