We deliver a range of services through our franchise network of Regional Directors.
- Meter monitoring – a fast, simple, on-the-spot check which shows whether a client is paying too much or too little for their electricity and gas. Web-based management software puts them back in control.
- Energy assessments and certification - including Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Display Energy Certificates (DECs)
- Carbon2020™ Audits certificated to BSI 16001 standard
- Environmental Management Systems certificated to ISO 14001 standard
- Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC) – strategy and management
- Environmental Assessments in design and construction – advising architects and planners and property owners
- Sustainable Property Assessments – advising valuers and property owners
Franchise opportunities across England and Wales. Envos is looking for 30+ Regional Directors (our term for franchisees) to join our growing national network. Envos Regional Directors are entrepreneurs whose role is to focus on client development, account management and sales. They benefit from:
- A central resource for the provision of the Envos products and services.
- In-depth technical training
- Culture of information sharing, mentoring and support
- A centrally funded marketing programme of activity to promote the Envos brand and generate regional business leads
- A growing number of ‘Introducers’ providing a network of referrals and CRM opportunities
- On-going advice and support from management team and retained marketing and PR professionals
Envos provides a comprehensive franchise package which includes all the training, equipment and on-going back up needed to run a successful franchise business.
Our target market includes Introducers (managing agents, commercial agents, fund managers, solicitors, management consultants and accountants) as well as direct clients who are business managers and owners (private and public sector). All Regional Directors are responsible for generating sales opportunities.

Financial InformationAn initial investment of £25,000 is required which includes the franchise fees, training and equipment, stationery and access to customer databases. You will also need three months working capital.
