Training and Support
BASIC SYSTEM® has a dedicated training centre in Nice where all the technical aspects of surface renovation are covered during the two week induction course as well as sessions on sales, marketing, business development and administration.
Regular training updates for franchisees and their technicians are carried out. There is a technical "hotline" for all queries from pricing to handling unexpected snags on the job.
There is a culture of strong support with the in-house magazine Aladin, an annual international convention, regional meetings and regular technical updates to ensure that you are working "for yourself but not by yourself".

Financial Information
The entry cost for such a technically innovative business is surprisingly low. The initial costings are as follows:
£9,950 for the franchise rights to the territory, the know-how and all intellectual property
£5,000 for the two week initial training in Nice
£15,000 for all necessary tools and equipment, including initial stocks of chemicals and cleaning agents.
Additional costs are kept to a minimum as the franchisee can operate from home and will only require a van and secure storage area for the tools and equipment (an average garage will suffice).
Expansion of the business by taking on technicians and the additional tools, equipment and vehicles will be self-funding.
